A Bit About Me
I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and raised in Freeport, New York. I played eight seasons in the NFL as a linebacker—first with the Miami Dolphins, then with the Houston Texans. I had the honor of starting over 100 games and racking up more than 680 tackles throughout my career. Football taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of teamwork—lessons I carry with me every day.

After retiring from the NFL, I knew I wanted to give back. In 2015, I founded the Morlon Greenwood Foundation (MG52) to mentor at-risk youth and help them unlock their full potential. Through our programs, we focus on academic achievement, athletic development, and leadership skills. We also offer a 12-week opioid recovery initiative for youth and young adults trying to get back on their feet.

My mission now is bigger than the game—it’s about creating lasting impact in our communities, one life at a time. Football gave me a platform. Now, I’m using it to lift others up.
